    employees’ private business with hourly employees’? A practice I witness every day.

I HEARD THAT MY MANAGER,HAS GONE TO THE COMPANY AND REQUESTED THAT ALL OF TOOLING DEPT 4709 BE COMBINED TO ONE CLASSIFICATION, YOU SEE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PUT PEOPLE IN HIGH LEVEL JOBS WITH NO SKILLED TRADES EDUCATION MOST OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE ONLY A PRODUCTION LEVEL BACKGROUND , SO THEY REALLY DON”T UNDERSTAND HOW THE TRADES WORK, JIG AND FIXTURE, PLASTIC TOOLING, TOOL AND DIE AND TEMPLATE SHOP ARE DIFFERENT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, IN THE OLD DAYS YOU COULD COMBINE ALL OF THESE, BUT THE WAY LOCKHEED MARTIN HAS DONE BUSINESS FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS YOU MAY BE LUCKEY TO HAVE ONE OR TWO THAT HAVE THE BACKGROUND TO DO ALL OF THESE TRADES, I HOPE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS THESE TRADES BEFORE YOU MAKE THIS DECESION AND PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO A MANAGER WITH NO SKILLED TRADES BACKGROUND, I THINK THIS IS MORE PERSONAL, AS IT A KNOWN FACT THAT THIS PERSON HAS LITTLE RESPECT FOR ANYONE IN DEPT4709 I THINK WE NEED TO FOCUS ON THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COMPANY AND NOT PERSONAL FEELINGS
